Taj Frozen Foods India Ltd. (TFFIL) is committed to supply nutritious and safe frozen fruits and vegetables as well as well-balanced ready to eat (savouries) food that are prepared under strict hygienic conditions to enhance customer satisfaction.
TFFIL follows internationally accepted system 'HACCP' (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) starting from the stage of raw material handling up to the finished product dispatches.
The quality department has a check on every stage of processing, ensuring the product reaches the customer in perfect taste and perfect condition.
Quality department has a close watch on personal and plant hygiene.
Quality Control Department has hygiene checks on staff, labours, machines and even swab test is conducted on internal air of the process hall to ensure a total safe and quality product. All the policies like Glass, Wood, Jewellery, Nut etc. are in place.
Plant and machineries are monitored daily and records are maintained for the same. Processing line is cleaned after every production batch. Soft water which is thoroughly treated with ultra violet rays is used for processing. Packed finished product under goes metal detection to ensure that the product is free from all the Fe and Non-Fe metals.
The expertly selected vegetables are sorted, trimmed and cut as per the cutting specifications by the trained and skilled labors in a highly hygienic condition.
Preprocessing tests like physical and chemical analysis are conducted on the raw material. The Quality Assurance Department conducts sample testing of every production batch for fruits, vegetables and ready to eat products ensures the products is fit microbiologically.
TFFIL strictly adheres to the food safety norms, imparts training to workers and staff to enhance the quality awareness and does continual improvement of products, processes and services by reviewing, customers feedback to achieve the goal of enhanced customer satisfaction.
